Can I customize the kit?
All kits are built from the supply list that is supplied by the school. You can add on additional items to the default list.
Are these teacher-approved?
Yes, since we build the kits according to the teacher supplied lists, they are teacher approved.
What's your return/refund policy?
Because each Magic School Box is customized, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order (missing, incorrect, or damaged items), we're happy to make it right with a replacement or refund.

To guarantee delivery before the first day of school, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your school's start date.

What's the processing time?
Orders are packed and processed within 3-6 business days after you place your order.
What's the shipping time?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.

During peak season (July-August), processing and shipping times may extend slightly due to high demand. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
